Set Great Service in Motion (Interim until March 2027)

Ready to be the behind-the-scenes force that keeps both our global export operations and local retail business running smoothly? At Hero, you're not just processing orders—you’re the expert who ensures everything flows seamlessly, whether it's across continents or to our local customers.

This is an interim role until the end of March 2027, created to backfill internal resources during a key project. In this hybrid role, you’ll support both our Global Export Team and our Local Retail Sales Team, bringing flexibility, precision, and great service to every interaction.

Run the Show (Near & Far):

• Keep orders flowing smoothly—whether they’re heading across the globe or to a local retail partner. In SAP, you’re the one making sure everything lands exactly where it should.

Be the Go-To for Customers:

• From international clients to local retail accounts, you handle questions, solve issues, and turn everyday interactions into genuinely great service moments.

Balance Two Worlds Like a Pro:

• One minute you’re coordinating export shipments and paperwork, the next you’re deep in retail order processing, returns, or discount structures—you switch gears without missing a beat.

Keep It Sharp & Spot-On:

• Customer data, pricing, orders—everything you touch in SAP is accurate, up to date, and running like clockwork.

Make Things Happen Behind the Scenes:

• You connect the dots between teams, logistics partners, and customers—keeping operations smooth, efficient, and just a little bit impressive.

Who You Are

Customer Service Allrounder:

• You bring solid experience in customer service—ideally combining export and retail environments.

Retail-Savvy:

• Experience in retail or discount business is a strong plus—you understand pricing structures and customer expectations in this space.

Export Experienced:

• You have experience in export operations and are comfortable navigating international logistics and documentation.

Linguistic Prodigy:

• German and English are your playgrounds—and you play to win.

Digital Dynamo:

• SAP (SD/MM), Business Warehouse, and MS Office? You wield them like digital superpowers.

Team Spirit:
