Join us as an Interim Change Manager to lead strategic cross‑ZEISS change initiatives within the Empowerment with AI program and drive AI adoption and transformation across ZEISS.
Your Role
Lead strategic cross ZEISS change management projects within the Empowerment with AI program.
Translate the ZEISS AI strategy into tangible measures to drive AI adoption (e.g., AI fluency for all, Domain-based training).
Manage cross functional project teams and align stakeholders across business units.
Consult and coach other project teams on change management, enabling project leads to integrate actionable change activities into their project plans.
Manage diverse stakeholder groups and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor for AI-related change.
Demonstrate and track the impact of change activities with clear KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
5+ years of experience as Change Manager with focus on digital transformation, ideally in AI Transformation.
Proven track record in leading large projects or programs using agile methodologies.
Strong drive to create measurable impact through structured change management.
Very strong communication skills and high empathy for collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.
Business fluent German and English.
