We are searching for a talented, highly motivated Interim Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, this individual will play a crucial role in aligning our sales and marketing efforts, improving our lead generation strategies, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

The Interim Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads through digital channels, events, content marketing, and strategic partnerships. The manager collaborates closely with sales, product marketing, and analytics teams to optimise campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead campaign to-to-market strategy for one of Fastmarkets key verticals - Metals and Mining - Collaborating with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product to create and execute demand-generation strategies that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth.
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase lead flow to deliver on New Business revenue targets, deepen relationships with existing customers to retain and grow accounts, and build new relationships within existing accounts leveraging account engagement strategies
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, hold teams accountable to achieving goals, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the sales team understands marketing plan and campaign activities impacting lead flow and ensure there is a seamless lead handoff between Sales and Marketing and an ongoing feedback loop
  • Oversee the on-site event commercial consideration experience at Fastmarkets branded events, including creating on-site booth strategies, lead generation materials and collaborating with Customer Success and Sales members who will be on site
  • Identify technologies and marketing tools that will enable effective and scalable demand-generation efforts
  • Build best-in-class nurture programs, that include regular a/b test, learn, and optimize approaches for educating higher funnel leads and bringing through to consideration and conversion
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for optimization and growth within the company's demand generation efforts.
  • Working to establish the company's brand and enhance our presence in the market.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly but also able to occasionally work from the London or Burlington office to collaborate with teammates.

  • Relevant experience in marketing, content generation, or demand generation, preferably within the metals market.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns that drive tangible results and year-over-year growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data, and use insights to drive action and results.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
