Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Batch Administrator verantwoordelijk voor het correct, efficiënt en tijdig beheer van het productieproces binnen ons ERP-systeem (SAP). In deze functie vorm je de cruciale brug tussen de productieomgeving, het magazijn en de administratieve/logistieke planning. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde grondstoffen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn en dat productiegegevens nauwkeurig in het systeem worden geregistreerd voor een sluitende voorraad- en kwaliteitsadministratie. Door jouw bijdrage draag je bij aan de groei van onze organisatie die chromatografische harsen maakt die wereldwijd worden ingezet door toonaangevende farmaceutische bedrijven.

Wie jij bent:

• Je beschikt over een BSO 3e graad / TSO in een administratieve richting en hebt aantoonbare ervaring met SAP. Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens drie jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
• Je bent een gemotiveerd, integer en kritische professional met een scherp oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief, kan werken volgens priosetting en deinst er niet voor terug om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Anderzijds geniet je ook van samenwerking met andere afdelingen en ben je een teamspeler.
• Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt
