We currently have an opportunity for an Interface Manager Join our team and play a key role in leading and co-ordinating the active inputs between the maintenance contracts. Reporting to Maintenance Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

Downer have been appointed the Maintenance Contractor for the CRLL City Rail Link C3 project for a period of up to 30 years, the Asset Management and Maintenance Services contract (AMAS).
The core responsibility of the Interface Manager is to lead and coordinate the integration of maintenance, operational, and Whole of Life (WoL) requirements between the AMAS maintenance contract, Auckland One Rail (AOR), Auckland Transport (AT), Auckland Transport Technology (ATT), and the Link Alliance. This role ensures that maintenance, operational, safety, commercial, and customer requirements are effectively incorporated throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the City Rail Link project.

In addition to the AMAS project functional responsibilities, the Interface Manager's role extends into procurement and commercial activities where required, supporting best practice and delivering enhanced value outcomes across the Downer Asset Management and Facilities business.

Required to hold tertiary engineering qualification in a related discipline.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of procurement and planning best practice in infrastructure or facilities management sectors.
High level of demonstrated consultative skill.
