NVIDIA is seeking a talented Product Hardware Engineer to become part of our top -class Networking Silicon engineering team, where we design and develop some of the most advanced high-speed optical communication devices in the industry. What you will be doing:

  • Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams to develop the most robust test solution for mass production

  • Full responsibility for electrical specification, schematic design, components selection and layout considerations for our testing platforms

  • Developing test plans and coverage for future / current products

  • Work with process groups to improve or resolve test/yield/quality issues after release

  • HW lab debug

What we need to see:

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

  • 3+ years of experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed design

  • Good understanding of product/test HW/Test software/Mechanical integration

  • Strong statistical and data analysis background (JMP or other tools)

  • Strong Scripting abilities and hands on Python experience.

  • Expert problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritization ability

  • Ability to drive projects to full execution

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Self-Learner and a great teammate

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background with electro optical devices (Lasers and Detectors).

  • Familiarity with high-speed fiber optics products, power circuits and filters design

  • Experience with IC Lab measurements using source meter, Scope, spectrum analyser, optical power meter etc.

  • Knowledgeable in DFT/DFM/DOE techniques.

  • Experience in electro optical assembly lines.
