Your main tasks

  • Maintain intercompany master data in SAP and related systems, including customer, vendor, GL account, company, and bank account records.
  • Execute and support key intercompany accounting processes, including billing, debit notes, reconciliations, asset transfers, treasury transactions, and journal entry postings.
  • Prepare, monitor, and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Support the intercompany payment process, including payment planning, settlement activities, and AP/AR clearing.
  • Contribute to month-end close activities, financial reporting, and process performance tracking through regular reporting and KPI preparation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders across multiple countries to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution of intercompany operations.
  • Support business changes, process improvements, mergers, divestitures, and other ad hoc finance projects as required.

What your background should look like

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in accounting, preferably intercompany accounting.
  • Prior experience with SAP is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and intercompany processes.
  • Experience working in a global environment and supporting international stakeholders is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a continuous improvement approach.
