Job Brief

We are seeking an Interaction Designer who will play a critical role in transforming the banks User Experience vision into intuitive and elegant digital experiences

The Interaction Designer will use customer-driven insights and iterative design methodologies to craft usable, relevant, and engaging user flows, interfaces, structures, and interactions for web and mobile applications. This role also contributes to the development of an interface design system, ensuring best practices and design standards are applied consistently across digital banking products.

Youll work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Technology, Product Management, and Design to bring ideas to life, enhance customer experiences, and build user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate UX vision and user needs into clear, navigable, and engaging digital experiences.
• Design and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet both business and user goals.
• Apply customer insights, usability principles, and iterative design methods to improve product experiences.
• Contribute to building and maintaining an interface design system and establish UI/UX best practices across digital products.
• Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative, user-centered solutions.
• Provide design leadership and guidance to fellow designers on shared projects.
• Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and aligned with brand standards and product strategy.

Requirements

• Professional experience in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping for digital products.
• Solid background in designing usable, relevant, and elegant user interfaces and flows for web and mobile
• Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (Tech, Product, Design).
• Preferably with experience conducting design workshops or training on user-centered and iterative design approaches.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and design systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Must be willing to report onsite in Makati, Mondays to Fridays.
