Job Description

We are seeking a talented and user-focused Interaction Designer with 2+ years of experience to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Delivery product development team and act as a strong advocate for users, ensuring that all design solutions enhance usability and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design seamless, user-centric experiences across digital products
  • Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions
  • Present design ideas clearly through visual and verbal communication
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, insights, and testing results
  • Conduct usability testing and guerrilla testing to validate and improve experiences
  • Champion user needs and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of Interaction Design, Usability Design, and Visual Design principles
  • Experience creating user journeys and interaction flows
  • Solid knowledge of application design and design thinking approaches
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in group problem-solving environments
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
