Estandarizar los procesos del área de almacén para asegurar que todas las actividades se realicen de manera uniforme, clara y sin variaciones. Esto permitirá fortalecer la disciplina operativa y reducir los errores que actualmente generan ajustes de inventario.
Apoyar con documentando procesos, elaborando instructivos, creando flujos visuales y organizando la información relacionada con inventarios cíclicos. Además, brindará soporte al área de almacén mediante la actualización de formatos, verificación de ubicaciones, ordenamiento de evidencias y mejoras en el control visual.
Programa de auditorías en almacenes para mejora de exactitud de Inventarios.
• Actualización de Diagramas de flujo y manuales de la operación de almacenes e inventario.
• Actualización de instructivos (GHP), que incluya diagramas de flujo de procesos críticos y nuevos Check-lists.
o Recepción de Material
o Reversas de Entrada
o Instructivos de embarque
o Actualización surtimiento – retorno de materiales (Negro de humo, hules, químicos, etc)
• Entrega de Dashboard para Control de Inventarios.
• Implementación de controles visuales (señalética, etiquetas, delimitación) y auditorías internas de orden, limpieza y seguridad.
• Actualización en piso y Reporte de Cumplimiento de 5S por área específica del almacén.
• Creaciones de Instructivos.

o RPA Tiempo sin movimiento de compuestos en PT.
o RPA Ejecución de eSign en sistema IAM2
o RPA Listado de material a contar en MP por ubicación (IAM2)
