We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced
ICU Nurse
to join a reputable healthcare facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Provide direct and specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

• 
  Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records.

• 
  Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.

• 
  Operate and manage advanced medical equipment and life-support systems.

• 
  Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency situations and changes in patient conditions.

• 
  Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and nursing best practices.

• 
  Educate patients and families about ongoing care and recovery processes.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum of 3 years of ICU nursing experience.

• 
  Valid DHA License (Dubai Health Authority).

• 
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred).

• 
  Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

• 
  Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
