Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced IntelliMatch Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of IntelliMatch reconciliation solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, operations teams, and technical teams to design and maintain automated reconciliation processes, improve financial controls, and ensure efficient exception management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Configure, maintain, and enhance IntelliMatch reconciliation solutions to meet business and operational requirements.
• 
  Design and implement automated reconciliation processes and matching rules within IntelliMatch.
• 
  Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective IntelliMatch configurations and workflows.
• 
  Develop and maintain reconciliation models, matching criteria, exception handling processes, and workflow configurations.
• 
  Investigate reconciliation breaks and exceptions, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• 
  Work closely with Finance, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to improve reconciliation efficiency and accuracy.
• 
  Support reconciliation control frameworks and ensure adherence to governance and audit requirements.
• 
  Perform impact assessments and recommend improvements to existing reconciliation processes.
• 
  Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for IntelliMatch-related incidents.
• 
  Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment support.
• 
  Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including process flows, configuration documents, and user guides.
• 
  Provide knowledge transfer and training to business users and support teams where required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 
  Proven hands-on experience working with IntelliMatch.
• 
  Strong understanding of automated reconciliation processes and best practices.
• 
  Experience configuring and managing matching rules, reconciliation models, and system workflows.
• 
  Strong knowledge of exception management and reconciliation lifecycle processes.
• 
  Understanding of financial controls, risk management, and governance principles.
• 
  Experience supporting reconciliation environments within financial services, banking, insurance, or related industries.
• 
  Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into IntelliMatch solutions.
• 
  Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• 
  Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• 
  Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• 
  Experience with enterprise reconciliation transformation or optimization initiatives.
• 
  Knowledge of financial operations, accounting processes, and transaction lifecycles.
• 
  Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• 
  Exposure to SQL, data analysis, and integration concepts.
• 
  Understanding of regulatory and audit requirements within financial services environments.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 
  Relevant IntelliMatch certifications or vendor training will be advantageous.
• 
  Relevant industry certifications in Business Analysis, Finance, or Project Delivery will be beneficial.
