Intelligent Systems Risk Oversight is an independent Second Line of Defence function responsible for providing effective monitoring, governance and constructive challenge over the organisation’s use of Intelligent Systems and Artificial Intelligence.
As a Intelligent Systems Risk Oversight, you will support the implementation and operation of an organisation-wide AI risk management and governance framework. This includes ensuring that AI use cases are identified, recorded, risk-assessed, appropriately approved, monitored throughout their lifecycle and managed within risk appetite.
Are you interested? Do you have strong technical knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related discipline? Do you enjoy being part of a cohesive team?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, we want to hear from you!
The future Intelligent Systems Risk Oversight will support the Risk organisation in developing and implementing AI-enabled tools that improve risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, control testing and management information.
The role requires strong practical knowledge of AI technologies and AI-specific risks, including traditional AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, large language models and AI agents. Risk management experience is beneficial but not essential; the primary requirement is the ability to understand, evaluate and challenge the technical, operational and control risks arising from AI.
Even if you feel you do not meet 100% of our qualifications, we encourage you to apply, if you believe this role is right for you.
We offer a comprehensive and competitive package of benefits usually covering healthcare, life assurance, pension, and family friendly leaves, as well as many other benefits to support your wellbeing.
