岗位职责 1. 负责欧洲市场智能驾驶产品规划与定义 -结合欧洲用户需求、道路环境、法规和竞争格局，制定智能驾驶产品策略和路线图； -负责 VLA / 端到端智驾、辅助驾驶、智能泊车等能力的产品化落地； -将算法和技术能力转化为用户可感知的产品体验。 2. 建立欧洲智驾体验验证和反馈闭环 -深入开展欧洲真实道路测试、用户场景洞察和竞品分析； -识别关键场景问题，推动产品、算法、数据和测试团队持续优化； -建立海外智驾 VOC 和体验提升闭环。 3. 推动智驾产品全生命周期交付 -负责从需求定义、方案评审、研发协同、车辆验证到量产运营的完整闭环； -协调算法、研发、测试、整车、市场等团队，推动海外车型智驾能力落地。 4. 推动智能驾驶体验创新 -探索导航、AI、语音、座舱与智能驾驶融合体验； -优化智驾 HMI、用户信任和功能边界表达。 5. 支持海外业务发展 -支撑欧洲市场发布、销售培训、用户活动及产品沟通； -将技术能力转化为清晰的产品价值和市场表达。
