ING Hubs Slovakia is a servicing hub providing transactional & banking operations services for ING’s global clients. To support our growth and harmonization we are now looking to build a new Intelligent Automation team in Bratislava. The mission of the team will be to accelerate in the identification, analysis and execution of automation & AI activities, while delivering efficiency, consistency and quality improvements to our banking operations worldwide.
As Expert Lead, you will lead the development and execution of the Intelligent Automation team from vision and concept to sustainability, by managing and developing an expert team while taking into account the internal customers’ and ING clients’ needs, the environment and society.
You are combining in an approximate ratio of 70% to 30% the role of individual contributor and people manager in an Agile way of working (WoW) organization. You act as a servant leader instead of hierarchical top-down manager. You are responsible for facilitating, supporting and motivating team members to achieve common goals.
