Configure document classes, capture workflows, extraction profiles, recognition settings, confidence thresholds, validation rules, exception handling, routing, exports, and processing queues. Use approved optical character recognition, artificial intelligence, and generative artificial intelligence technologies to support document classification, extraction, summarization, metadata enrichment, comparison, validation, and knowledge retrieval. Build secure integrations with enterprise content management, Microsoft 365, collaboration, enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and database systems using approved integration methods. Extend solutions through supported scripting, interface, and reusable component options when platform configuration cannot meet the requirement, and direct substantial custom software development to appropriate specialist resources. Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, environment assessments, production cutovers, testing, parallel validation, post go-live stabilization, and transition to support. Optimize solutions for accuracy, throughput, reliability, traceability, maintainability, exception handling, security, and supportability. Apply responsible artificial intelligence, privacy, security, auditability, confidence scoring, human validation, monitoring, lifecycle management, and cost awareness to all delivered solutions. Own advanced support tickets across the full installed customer base, including unfamiliar, legacy, client-specific, and vendor-implemented environments.
