Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Intelligence Specialist Forensic Dominance System - Marine Corps (FDS-MC) to join our team at the Camp Pendleton, CA.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide on-site technical support for IA2 systems in garrison and expeditionary environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IDS-MC biometric collection systems and FDS-MC forensic exploitation capabilities.
- Support system fielding, sustainment, preventative maintenance, software updates, and hardware replacement.
- Train Marines, Sailors, and government personnel on IDS-MC and FDS-MC operation, maintenance, and tactical employment.
- Conduct new equipment training (NET), over-the-shoulder instruction, and operator certification events.
- Assist units with biometric enrollment, identity management workflows, and forensic evidence collection procedures.
- Support collection of fingerprints, iris scans, facial imagery, photographs, and associated biographic information using authorized collection devices.
- Assist forensic personnel with digital media exploitation, latent fingerprint processing, DNA evidence workflows, and evidence management procedures in accordance with established policies.
- Diagnose hardware, software, network, and peripheral device issues to restore operational capability.
- Coordinate warranty repairs, depot-level maintenance, logistics actions, and lifecycle replacement activities.
- Document maintenance actions, service requests, trouble tickets, and configuration changes using government-approved maintenance tracking systems.
- Provide technical reach-back support to Program Management Offices (PMO), Systems Commands, and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Support operational testing, validation, and user acceptance events for new hardware, software, and capability releases.
- Verify system compliance with cybersecurity requirements, software baselines, and approved configuration management standards.
- Support system integration within Marine Corps enterprise networks while coordinating with local communications personnel.
- Prepare weekly activity reports, after-action reports, maintenance summaries, and readiness assessments for government stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Intelligence, Communications, and Logistics personnel to maximize system availability and operational readiness.
- Travel worldwide in support of Marine Expeditionary Forces (MEFs), Marine Expeditionary Units (MEUs), training exercises, and contingency operations.
- Maintain accountability of government-furnished equipment (GFE), technical manuals, support kits, and repair parts.
- Provide subject matter expertise to commanders and intelligence personnel on the employment and sustainment of IA2 capabilities.
- Ensure all operations comply with applicable DoD, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps policies governing identity intelligence, biometrics, forensic exploitation, information assurance, and handling of sensitive information.
EXPERIENCE:
- Eleven (11) years of experience (seven (7) with a degree) with DoD Communications/Intelligence systems, including system administration using various operating systems and platforms.
- Experience in at least three (3) of the following areas: System Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
- Recognized expertise in C4ISR Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Hardware Maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring virtual infrastructure, VLANs, protocols, and server/client relationships.
- Familiarity with targeting processes, including over-the-horizon targeting (OTH-T), and the ability to train users on its application in operational environments.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree or formal military training.
- Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
