About the role

Kaimetrix is seeking a Mid‑level Intelligence Sharing Specialist to support intelligence data integration, governance, and information‑sharing activities in a secure government environment. This role supports the effective sharing of intelligence information across Army, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and partner organizations, ensuring data is discoverable, reliable, and shared in accordance with mission and security requirements.

The Intelligence Sharing Specialist works across organizations to support integration efforts, contributes to intelligence dissemination and foreign disclosure activities, and produces professional documentation and briefings to enable informed decision‑making.

What you’ll do

  • Provide data integration support across enterprise environments, including:
    • Data governance
    • Data architecture
    • Data warehousing
    • Data quality management
    • Metadata management
    • Data operations management
    • Data discovery
  • Lead and manage tasks supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Coordinate intelligence information‑sharing activities across Army, DoD, IC, and partner organizations
  • Support and participate in intelligence dissemination and, where applicable, foreign disclosure activities
  • Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse technical and operational audiences
  • Draft, maintain, and update documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidance, and reports
  • Produce written products incorporating text and graphics to clearly convey complex intelligence‑sharing concepts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data integration and information‑sharing challenges
  • Ensure information‑sharing activities comply with security, access control, and policy requirements

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support, including data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
  • Four (4) years of demonstrated experience leading or managing work tasks supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
  • Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience related to the labor category, with at least a portion of that experience within the last two (2) years
  • Demonstrated experience working in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or Intelligence Community within the last two (2) years
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain SOPs and produce professional reports

Education (Desired)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution
    OR
  • Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline
    OR
  • High School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline

Security Requirements

  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph
