Intelligence Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel professional like you to do just that. As an intelligence management specialist, you use your specialized experience and attention to detail to create administrative deliverables to support the actionable intelligence they need.

As an intelligence management specialist or staff officer on our team, you will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts and senior leaders involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. You'll review documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting. You will assist with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities. You'll create read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings, and providing-cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.

You Have:

• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Commands
• Ability to work under pressure and provide quick turn deliverables
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience providing administrative support in an intelligence environment or 7+ years of experience providing administrative support in an intelligence environment in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience providing administrative support to senior executives
• Experience managing travel via the Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity or cyber-focused intelligence analysis

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
