
As an Intelligence & Insight Specialist (Level 2), you will provide trusted performance reporting, insights and advice that help senior leaders, Ministers and external stakeholders understand Inland Revenue's performance and outcomes.
This is an opportunity to contribute to some of Inland Revenue's public-facing reporting. Your work will help inform decisions made by senior leaders, and support transparency and accountability across government.

To be successful in this role, you'll be a curious analytics professional who enjoys turning complex information into clear, meaningful insights. You'll be comfortable working with data and reporting products, while also building strong relationships and communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Enterprise & Integrity Services (E&IS) provides corporate and support services to the organisation and ensures the integrity of the organisation and the tax system is maintained. The group delivers advice, information and processes to enable Inland Revenue to operate effectively, efficiently and safely.
The Performance and Reporting team is part of Strategy and Performance. The team provides trusted performance information and insights to support accountability, decision-making and continuous improvement across Inland Revenue. We are responsible for the external Performance Measurement Framework, and produce key external accountability documents, including the Annual Report and quarterly reports to the Minister of Revenue, while also supporting senior leaders with timely performance reporting and analysis.
The team is made up of Insight and Intelligence Specialists, Domain Principals and Domain Specialists who work together to deliver high-quality reporting and insights to internal and external audiences.
