The role | Te tūnga
As an Intelligence Analyst, based in Wellington or Auckland you will provide tactical and operational intelligence analysis and advice, to support the Identity Investigations Unit and leadership in preventing, detecting and sanctioning identity crime and other fraudulent activity.
Through collection and analysis, identity intelligence interprets the operating environment and influences decision makers so they can make informed decisions that reduce harm, manage risk, and positively impact the Identity environment.
The role is embedded in and works closely with the Identity Investigations Unit, internal stakeholders, and other agencies to identify risks and trends, build profiles, and provide analysis of matters affecting the integrity of Department of Internal Affairs identity products and services.
