Job Description

Desired skill sets include:
  1. All source intelligence research
  2. Open Source Intelligence research
  3. Social and News Media Tracking
  4. Familiarity and interest in technology
  5. Mergers & Acquisitions
  6. Venture Capital/Venture Funds
 
The key topics the team plans to cover are:
  1. Critical Infrastructure (power & utilities, telecommunications, pipelines, export terminals, transportation projects) and how it can be manipulated
  2. Foreign ownership of U.S. businesses and infrastructure projects
  3. U.S. Emerging technology competition with foreign players
  4. Defense Industrial Base/supply chain manipulation  
 
Key Past Assignments/Experiences that are beneficial but not required:
  1. CFIUS
  2. Treasury FinCEN
  3. Treasury OFAC
  4. Commerce BIS (Export Controls)
  5. DOJ FBI  
  6. DHS HSI
  7. IC – ODNI, Agency, DIA, etc.
  8. Military (all branches – more so in intelligence role)
