The IP Specialist at Dennemeyer will manage clients' intellectual property portfolios, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models. Success in this role is demonstrated through precise docketing, diligent monitoring of deadlines, and high client satisfaction. This position is integral to maintaining Dennemeyer reputation for excellence in IP management on a global scale.
• Manage clients' IP portfolios, including the formal processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models.
• Train internal employees from various Dennemeyer locations in the formal processing of IP rights.
• Provide support to other departments within Dennemeyer as needed.
• Independently and responsibly input data into internal systems, ensuring the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of IP-related data.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct essential correspondence with national and international patent offices, colleagues, and clients.
• Any other task aligned with the global strategy, job mission, and required skill set.
Requirements:
• Educational background in the IP area (e.g., apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant) or equivalent experience.
• Solid relevant professional experience in IP management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines.
