Your tasks

• Reviewing and analyzing incoming emails from clients/agents/IP Offices and accurately and timely update in the clients’ IP management systems matters related to their IP portfolio:

- New trademarks/patents/design applications;

- Domain Names/copyrights;

- Due dates and reminders;

- Refusals, oppositions, cancellations, infringements, agreements;

- Assignments, changes of name/address

- Declarations of use and renewals;

- Scanning, saving and uploading documents related to IP rights into the systems;

• Reviewing accuracy of documents and directing client’s attention to errors requiring correction;
• Cross-checking entries to confirm database accuracy;
• Sending daily or weekly docket reports per request;
• Working on docketing related projects and tasks for client transfers.

Your Profile

• University degree;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (or German or Italian)
• Precise and autonomous way of working;
• Team-spirit and initiative driven;
• Good analytical and time management skills;
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and high level of professionalism;
• Highly organized with excellent administration skills;
• Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously;
• Adaptable and personable;
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Good command of MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
