Job Description

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full-time Office Manager to join our team of professionals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.

The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned administrative office. This position supports the supervisor with administrative duties and helps management and staff at the assigned location.

  • Full-time, non-exempt
  • $21.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office functions, including equipment, systems, and vehicles to ensure proper office operations
  • Schedule and organize meeting rooms and video conferencing
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Accurately distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordinate and assist with internal office moves
  • Track vehicle maintenance, repairs, accidents, and maintain vehicle management systems
  • Manage files and document storage
  • Develop and manage reports related to provider licensing and qualifications
  • Assist with scheduling interviews
  • Prepare and distribute confidential meeting minutes
  • Maintain office communication systems and ensure accuracy
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory within budget
  • Manage executive schedules, calendars, and appointments

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of two years of office management experience
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply advanced computer systems
  • Ability to pass required background checks and clearances
  • Valid driver’s license required; access to insured vehicle may be needed
