Priory Hospital Wokingis looking to recruit an Integrative/ CBT therapist to join the team> This is a full-time/37.5-hour role on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
We want to make sure more people can access the support they need, especially at a time when many are feeling the pressure financially. That’s why we’re offering reduced rates for inpatient mental health treatment at Priory Hospital Woking, in the South West of London.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

Candidates typically need accredited professional training in psychotherapy, counselling, or clinical psychology, with strong experience delivering CBT alongside integrative therapeutic approaches in mental health settings. Registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body (such as BACP, BABCP, HCPC, or UKCP, depending on role level) is often expected, along with experience conducting assessments, managing risk, and working with complex presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, or personality disorders. Strong communication, multidisciplinary teamwork, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centred care are essential.
