Für den Bereich „Airborne Radar“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine „Integrations- und Wartungsfachkraft (w/m/d)“ am Standort Ulm.
In der Airborne Radar Integration werden Baugruppen und Antennen für verschiedene Anwendungszwecke geprüft und montiert.
Ihre Aufgaben
• Integration von Radar Systemen in Zeit, Kosten und Qualität
• Montage, sowie Verkabelung von komplexen Baugruppen und Systeme nach aktuellem MDP
• Weichlöten und qualitative Kontrolle von Lötstellen und Baugruppen
• Durchführung von Teilprüfungen an Baugruppen und Systemen
• Durchführung von Reparaturen, sowie Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten
• Erstellung von mechanischen Fertigungsdokumentationen
• Entwurf und Erstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln
• Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei Prozess- und Ablaufoptimierungen
• Durchführung von technischen Klärungen mit Entwicklungs- und Konstruktionsabteilungen
• Einleiten und Durchführen von qualitätssichernden Maßnahmen
• Erstellung von Qualitätsmeldungen in SAP
Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker (w/m/d) für Geräte und Systeme oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montage von mechanischen/elektrischen Baugruppen
• Gut Kenntnisse in der Integration von komplexen Baugruppen und Systemen
• Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Teamfähigkeit
• Koordinations- und Integrationsfähigkeit, sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• SAP R/3 und MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
