Campfire is a next-gen core accounting platform built for modern mid-market finance teams. We help them close fast and scale even faster. Our platform replaces outdated legacy ERPs and manual accounting processes with automation-driven solutions that simplify and accelerate finance workflows. In the past year alone, we have grown 10x, driven by strong customer demand and a product that delivers real results for accounting & finance teams. We are scaling quickly and building the future of finance by giving teams the clarity, control, and strategic visibility they need to lead with confidence.
Campfire is hiring an Integrations Specialist to sit on the Implementation team and own the customer-facing side of integrations. Our customers typically migrate to Campfire from ERPs like NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Sage Intacct, then connect the systems they run every day - CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, spend tools like Ramp and Float, billing platforms like Stripe, payroll providers like Rippling and Justworks, plus banks and data warehouses. You'll set up those connections, troubleshoot issues when they come up, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering. This role is for someone who understands how integrations work well enough to configure them, diagnose problems, and be a clear, credible bridge between customers, Implementation, and the engineers who build the underlying connectors.

Campfire is the AI-native ERP for for high-growth companies. We give modern, mid-market and enterprise accounting teams superpowers by automating the work that nobody wants to do: manual transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, revenue recognition, variance analysis. The product is natively integrated with industry leading solutions such as Ramp, Rippling, Salesforce, and has over 100+ API endpoints to build custom integrations and workflows.
We’re privileged to work with some of the fastest growing AI companies in the world including Replit, Decagon, and PostHog, as well as services providers, health tech, and aerospace companies.
The company is headquartered in San Francisco and New York and backed by Accel, Ribbit, Foundation Capital, and Y Combinator.
