Job Description

Position Title

Integrations SpecialistBroadmoor Campus

Career Interest:

The Integrations Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and managing enterprise-wide solutions to support major health system projects and tasks related, but not limited, to system integration, system-wide improvement work, and implementation management. This role combines project management expertise with healthcare domain knowledge to support collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless transitions and successful system consolidation. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Skills and duties may vary dependent upon your department or unit. Other duties may be assigned as required.
  • Lead strategic initiative projects across various functional disciplines within the health system.
  • Develop and execute integration plans for merging health systems.
  • Develop clear project/program plans with all necessary functional areas (including project schedule, budget, scope, etc.), and identify critical milestones and deliverables.
  • Responsible for meeting project/program budget targets.
  • Ongoing collaboration with all functional areas throughout the project/program lifecycle to define and monitor resource requirements/constraints and communicate/resolve resource issues.
  • Hold project/program kick-off, along with ongoing progress meetings to review specifications, schedule, and team roles and responsibilities, as well as program scope and budget variances.
  • Present project/program status updates to senior and executive leadership.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other teams and stakeholders to align project goals and ensure successful integration outcomes.
  • Identify integrations risks, develop mitigation plans, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide support through all phases, included post-project, to address issues/gaps, and work towards continuously improving processes.
  • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or Nursing from an accredited college or university.
  • 5 or more years in an operations support role
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.


Preferred Education and Experience

  • 1 or more years A general knowledge of business operations and process improvement
  • 2 or more years leading complex projects in a health care environment


Required Language Skills

  • English - Read, write, and speak


Knowledge Requirements

  • A general knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.
