We are now seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Intergrations Lead to join our dynamic HRIS project team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the project and help shape our future post our recent Health Service merger.

The Role

As the ‘Integrations Lead – SuccessFactors’ you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of a number of complex integrations between SuccessFactors, EC Payroll and other third-party systems. You will take accountability for requirements definition, solution design, build oversight, testing strategy, deployment and hypercare across the Bayside Health integration landscape.

This is a ‘hands-on’ role and you will help facilitate workshops and lead requirement gathering sessions with both internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into clear integration patterns and specifications, and ensure solutions align to SAP standard CPI based delivered options wherever appropriate. You will collaborate with project team members, Implementation partner resources and other stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks and commercial considerations.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Collating and documenting all current and future internal and third-party application integration requirements.
  • Accountable to ensure the existing/new interfaces are connected to SF and functional.
  • Locking in the interface specifications and maintaining version control till deployment to production.
  • Leading the design, build, test and deployment of all integrations working with other workstream leads and vendor resources where appropriate.
  • Managing and coordinating the build work in conjunction with implementation partner resources.
  • Leading a small team of Bayside integration business analysts and also vendor resources.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships through effective communication and issue resolution to ensure both Bayside Health and external stakeholders are engaged throughout the various project lifecycle stages.
    Raising, management and tracking of key risks and issues.
  • Providing status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders, presenting at key forums when appropriate
  • Co-leading, managing and inputting into the broader project environments strategy, working with the other workstream leads and SI partners to ensure all environments are ready and fit for purpose for the next phase of the project

Key capabilities

  • Experience of working with and managing an SI partner
  • Prior experience of managing the delivery of 3rd party application integrations into and out of SF.
  • Strong business influencing skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills and can interface across a spectrum of stakeholders.
  • Pro-active, self-driven, forward looking and collaborative.
  • Expertise in the design of SuccessFactors CPI based integrations using SAP tools and standard integration content, including patterns for Payroll, Benefits and identity integrations (e.g., Active Directory) amongst others.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with internal customers and third parties to define, agree and deliver the required integration solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of toolsets within SuccessFactors that can enable simpler integrations (e.g., Integration Center), and an understanding of when to use each approach.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to support the integration role; experience with additional modules is an advantage.
  • Experience of Boomi or other integration middleware solutions for use where CPI cannot be adopted

Qualifications and Experience Required

Essential

  • A minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations leading integration design between SuccessFactors and SAP and/or third-party solutions, with extensive use of SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
  • SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) certification

Desirable

  • Expert in the technical implementation of SAP integrations (including complex CPI development); candidates with strong design and mapping skills will also be considered where complex development can be supported by specialist colleagues.
  • Employee Central certification and/or certification in additional SuccessFactors modules.
  • Health industry experience is desirable
