We are seeking a hands-on Thermal Protection Systems (TPS) Technician to support the production of advanced rocket hardware. In this role, you will be responsible for applying thermal protection systems to ensure flight components are protected from extreme heat and environmental conditions. Key responsibilities include surface preparation, adhesive application, bonding, vacuum bagging, and assembly of large structures. You will also perform inspections and verification against engineering drawings and procedures to ensure quality and reliability of all hardware.
The ideal candidate has experience working in manufacturing or production environments, with a strong background in assembly, composites, or bonding processes. Experience with adhesives, sealants, thermal blankets, or vacuum bagging is highly preferred. Candidates from aerospace, automotive, or oil & gas industries are encouraged to apply. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a proactive, hands-on approach to supporting spacecraft or launch vehicle build and testing.
