We are looking for an experienced Integration Team Leader to lead our System Integration team and drive end-to-end validation of SolarEdge's multidisciplinary products and systems. In this role, you will lead a team of Integration Engineers responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing system validation activities across hardware and software, ensuring high product quality and reliability.

You will work closely with R&D, System Engineering, QA, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams, taking part in system design reviews while maintaining a deep understanding of market requirements, system architecture, and customer expectations.

What will you be doing?

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integration Engineers.
• Define team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution of integration and validation activities.
• Own end-to-end system integration, validation, and experimental activities for the product.
• Plan, execute, and analyze HW & SW system integration and validation tests.
• Design and improve manual and automated test methodologies.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for system validation.
• Investigate complex multidisciplinary system issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Participate in system design and architecture reviews, providing integration and validation perspectives.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, Product, and System Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, test coverage, and validation reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or M.Sc. in Physics (degree from a leading university is an advantage).
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineering teams (or demonstrated technical leadership).
• 5+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, System Validation Engineer, System Engineer, or a similar role.
• Proven experience integrating and validating multidisciplinary HW/SW systems.
• Hands-on experience developing automation scripts.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, C, or similar languages.
• Experience with power electronics.
• Experience using bug tracking tools such as Jira.
• Familiarity with Git version control – advantage.
• Hands-on experience working with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, power meters, and related test equipment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
