Office location: Quality Tech Solution Complex, Trung My Tay Ward (formerly District 12)

Working time: Monday – Friday. Night shift: 8:00 PM - 05:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM

As an Integration Support Specialist, you will:
1. Troubleshoot & Resolve Complex Customer Issues

• Communicates task/ticket status and issues to client and coworkers
• Ability to interact with all levels of management, coworkers, clients, trading partners and warehouse personnel to resolve EDI issues.
• Works directly with existing clients and trading partners on projects and provides production support.
• Fields tickets that come into the Production Support Team department queue.
• Obtains feedback on an ongoing basis while developing solutions for clients to ensure that TrueCommerce meets, and exceeds, the client’s needs and expectations.
• Resolve issues while providing clear communication to the client.
• Provide day to day operational support to the client and proactively identifies problems and make recommendations regarding solutions.

2. Support and Work with other internal departments

Requirements for Success:

• Proficient English: TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5 and above (or equivalent skills)
• ERP exposure or knowledge (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
• 2+ years in a software support, client services or call center environment
• Plus if you have:
  • Experience with XML and flat file formats
  • Knowledge of SQL or other scripting languages
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in AI‑augmented environments by applying AI tools to enhance productivity, while exercising sound human judgment and accountability.
• Identify automation opportunities within existing processes
