Role Overview
The Integration Support Assistant role provides coordination and administrative support across business integration activity, ensuring key workstreams remain aligned, actions are tracked, deadlines are met, and stakeholders are kept informed.
The role will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders and integration workstreams to support the successful mobilisation and integration of new businesses into Cardo Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain integration plans, trackers, actions, deadlines and supporting documentation across all workstreams.
- Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Supply Chain, Fleet, L&D, Marketing & Communications, IT and other stakeholders to support successful integration activity.
- Track employee data, including cleansing, validation, onboarding, compliance, training records, absence and annual leave information.
- Support recruitment and workforce requirements, including role mapping, resourcing and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate PPE, uniform, supplier, subcontractor, plant and fleet requirements, including vehicle transfers, branding, fuel cards, trackers and driver checks.
- Support Learning & Development activity, including training records, qualifications, LMS requirements and mapping of existing training against Cardo requirements.
- Coordinate rebranding and communications activity, including signage, fleet and PPE branding, resident communications, working documents and onboarding materials.
- Organise cross-functional meetings, record actions and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Identify and escalate integration risks, issues, data discrepancies and dependencies, supporting workstreams to resolve them.
- Prepare progress updates, dashboards and reports for senior management and Executive Team reporting.
- Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the integration process.
- Support the continuous improvement of integration processes, systems and ways of working.
You Will Need
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Able to proactively track actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise updates, reports and presentations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confident using standard collaboration, project management and document management tools.
- Ability to learn and navigate new business systems and platforms quickly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments.
- Comfortable coordinating activity across different workstreams and holding stakeholders accountable for agreed actions.
- Professional, approachable and proactive in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
