Job Description

Our client is a growing accounting firm undergoing a digital transformation. They are transitioning from their current platform to a new system, consolidating all client and internal accounting data into a single, more efficient platform.

We are looking for a technically skilled Integration Specialist to support this migration and ensure smooth integration of client and internal accounting data. This is a part-time, project-based role with a schedule on PST.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the migration of data from the current platform to the new system.
• Develop, test, and maintain scripts to automate data transfer and integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data migration and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data structures and integration requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Apps Script, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with data integration, automation, and API-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines in a remote setting.
• Previous experience working with accounting software or platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data management tools.
