Job Description

dcbel Inc. (www.dcbel.energy) designs and sells residential products to make clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to all — because everyone in the world deserves energy without compromise.

dcbel is at the leading edge of the residential energy revolution. Its products enable decentralized energy consumption and production through its vertically integrated suite of energy hardware and software products, and their supporting infrastructure.

Our flagship product, dcbel Ara, is a Home Energy Station that gives everyone ownership over their energy supply by using solar power to charge their EV and power their home, unlocking their EV’s battery for blackout protection, backup power (V2H) and grid services (V2G), and optimizing the energy flow between their solar panels, EVs, stationary battery and the grid.

The opportunity

dcbel is looking for an Integration Services Architect to join our Information Services team. You will restructure our existing integration layer to fit our AI strategy, then evolve it as the business grows.

This role connects every business-critical platform — ERP, CRM, engineering and collaboration systems — with a strong focus on planning, structure and architecture. Your work will drive automation, scalability and operational efficiency across the company.

Main responsibilities

  • Own the design, governance and continuous evolution of dcbel’s Integration Services landscape, supporting both current operations and future scale.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for system-to-system data movement and orchestration, in partnership with the Business Application Architect and the Head of Architecture.
  • Restructure the existing integration layer to align with dcbel’s AI strategy and evolve it as business needs change.
  • Integrate key platforms, including Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs), engineering systems (Altium, Arena), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and other internal and external SaaS platforms.
  • Ensure reliable, secure and performant data exchanges across all systems.
  • Enable end-to-end business process automation across Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering and Support.
  • Maintain data consistency, accuracy and synchronization across connected systems, and continuously improve the reliability and resiliency of integration services.
  • Define and maintain the integration architecture in line with enterprise standards (Azure, API Management, Logic Apps, Functions).
  • Enforce security, identity and data governance standards (RBAC) across all integrations.
  • Implement the architecture using AI resources, in line with the AI strategy.

Key requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in application integration, middleware or enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience using AI to roll out integration services.
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Atlassian and engineering tools.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data transformation and integration patterns.

Profile

  • Systems thinker with an enterprise architecture mindset.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to translate business processes into technical solutions.
  • Clear communicator who builds alignment with stakeholders.
  • Experience in manufacturing, ERP-centric or product-based environments is a strong asset.

What's in it for you

  • Lead the clean-energy transition by getting to work on category-defining products that give people more choices to live sustainably.
  • Be part of a company that is backed by numerous globally respected investors and has world-changing patents in an industry changing for the first time in history.
  • Grow your professional experience amongst blue chip partners and a close-knit team of committed and experienced energy experts who deeply care about the work they do.
  • Full benefits package including Health insurance, Health virtual care, employee stock options plan (ESOP) and flexible hours. Parking available or with our employer commute program a short walking distance from Metro Namur.
