To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Integration Processes Superintendent located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Integration Processes Superintendent is responsible r to lead manual assembly and integration processes within a 100% manual manufacturing environment, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
  • Manages a team of professionals (e.g., engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness requirements.
  • Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance, evaluate areas that may be impacting performance, and advise on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.
  • Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
  • Evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes.
  • Provides technical/operational advice to project teams. Lead manual integration and assembly processes from screw-driving operations to final packaging.
  • Supervise testing activities including pilot runs, leak testing, ICT, and functional and drying tests.
  • Coordinate unit assembly on test equipment and ensure compliant builds.
  • React with urgency to quality, safety, or productivity deviations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in as a supervisor, integration engineer or a similar position.
  • Intermediate- advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Background in Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Experience in manual assembly, integration processes, and electronic testing.
  • Proven people management and operational leadership experience.
  • Strong sense of urgency, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge Excel (pivot tables) and ERP systems (BAAN, FlexFlow).
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Strong Experience on efficient control.
