Job Description

One stop shop or hub for driving all strategy, new development, and performance enhancements for specific set of products. Product manager coordinates among tactical analysts, developers, and functional subject matter experts to create holistic product solutions for Distribution Partnership’s customers/stakeholders and 3rd party partners. The product manager will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from idea inception through development and launch, leveraging specialists, operators, and stakeholders along the way. • Drive new product development by defining clear business requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams—including analysts, developers, and subject matter experts—to create best-fit, integrated product solutions.
  • Communicate product information effectively to stakeholders, including roadmaps, specifications, value propositions, and competitive intelligence, while establishing cross-departmental alliances to support product initiatives and reporting to the PMO.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle by continuously evaluating product performance, customer feedback, and market needs to identify enhancement opportunities and new product requirements ahead of obsolescence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a future-oriented product strategy and roadmap, grounded in an understanding of IHG’s business operations, customer insights, market dynamics, competition, and distribution capabilities. This includes identifying and delivering both incremental enhancements and transformative, game-changing functionalities to maintain and advance IHG’s competitive position.
