Integration Manager (ITIM) (m/f/d)
YOUR Mission:
- Represent Integration Services throughout design, construction, and closeout phases, lead development and assessment of procurement strategies for Network Infrastructure, Facilities, Audio/Visual, IP Communications, and Telecoms scopes
- Produce Integration Requirements Document and Drawings by 60% Design phase, establish Early Access and Beneficial Use milestones, phasing drawings, and security requirements
- Act as full-time on-site Integration Services representative, coordinate all integration scopes, stakeholders, and interdependencies, manage milestone targets and track progress across all systems
- Manage Telecom Material Procurement Process, oversee Bills of Materials, supplier quotes, and Required on Job (ROJ) dates, serve as single General Contractor Point of Contact
- Lead and champion Health & Safety standards and High-Risk Activity compliance on site, conduct regular quality reviews using project management software and manage compliance with technical specifications
- Coordinate security installation scheduling, physical security guarding, and facility phasing to achieve operational readiness and Turnover to Operations
- Support final handover to Operations, coordinate Project Closeout documentation, punch list closure, and lessons learned, report weekly progress to Construction PM and Regional Integration Lead
YOUR SKILLS:
- Fluent in German and English (strong verbal and written communication)
- Extensive experience as Integration Manager on large-scale data center projects with design and construction phase expertise
- Deep expertise in data center specifications and integration of Network Infrastructure, Telecoms, Security, Audio/Visual, IP Communications, and Facilities systems
- Strong knowledge of phasing strategies, procurement management and Bill of Materials development
- Proficiency in project management and quality assurance software tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate complex interdependencies across multiple project teams
