  Responsible to lead technical aspects of the project to ensure the
  ESP delivers and comply with program requirements/milestones according to
  Master Timing
• 
  Collaborate with Chief Engineer to oversee day-by-day business
  activities with ESP Modules and Attributes
• 
  Strong knowledge on systems engineering and vehicle specifications
• 
  Drive EPS module managers on parts development and launch –
  Requires expertise in stamping and injection molding tools
• 
  Develop new program assumptions with BOM cost, tooling, EDD, and MFG
  investments
• 
  Manage ESP direct reports, planning, and reporting on progress,
  following direction/priorities established by Chief Engineer
• 
  Accountable to control system design, development, release, and
  validation plans with ESP leads and functional experts at VF
• 
  Manage vehicle build phases and quality/issues control with ESP.
  Also interface with supporting areas at VinFast (Quality Control, EE,
  Attributes, Manufacturing, SQE, etc)
• 
  Provide technical guidance and strategies to address key issues
• 
  Ensure on time delivery at VF quality standard
• 
  Find and implement ways to improve cost-efficiency

Requirements

• 
  Degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
• 
  15+ years’ experience in automotive industry, specific in project
  development and launch for BIW, DC, INT, CHS, PWT (at least two systems
  engineering)
• 
  Strong knowledge in project management
• 
  Leadership experience
• 
  Experience in advanced engineering (pre-program)
• 
  Excellent communication ability
• 
  Complex problem-solving skill
• 
  Competence in VisMockup
• 
  Expertise in tooling development for stamping and plastic parts
•
