As Integration Lead, you will play a key role in building a modern, hybrid integration architecture based on Workato and SAP BTP.
You will define standards, governance, and architecture, design end-to-end integrations, and establish a scalable platform across Europe.
This is a true greenfield opportunity with group-wide impact.
Build and own a group-wide integration layer based on Workato and SAP BTP
Design integration architecture, governance, security, and platform operations
Develop a scalable integration framework (recipes, APIs, events, reusable patterns)
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a growing integration team
Identify new automation and integration opportunities across the group
Define and continuously evolve the technical roadmap for both platforms
Collaborate closely with SAP and non-SAP teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Units
5+ years of experience in integration, ideally with iPaaS and event-driven architectures
Strong expertise in Workato or SAP BTP (ideally both), or high motivation to learn
Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, OData, and interface architectures
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, ServiceNow, etc.
Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, certificates, encryption)
Leadership mindset: coaching, sparring, and architecture ownership
Workato certifications
Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API management
