ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for an Integration & Interface Manager to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy.
The selected professional will be involved in the coordination and control of all technical and execution interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities, working within a complex EPC/EPIC / PMC project environment involving offshore, subsea, and onshore scopes.
The role will focus on the integration of multiple contractors, packages, facilities, and stakeholders, ensuring that all interfaces are properly identified, tracked, and closed in line with project schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
Main Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
At least 5 years of experience in interface / integration management roles within PMC or client-side project environments
Proven experience in EPC / EPIC project execution
Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning interfaces
Previous exposure to offshore, subsea, and onshore facilities
Experience with interface registers, issue logs, and milestone tracking
Familiarity with integrated mega-projects involving multiple contractors and packages
Good command of English
