Title: Integration & Enterprise Architecture Intern
Reports to: Local Integration Manager
Internship duration: 6 months to 1 year, starting July 2026
Context / background
CHANEL GK IT is embarking on a journey to transform and modernize its information systems, shifting key applications and integration tools towards state-of-the-art cloud solutions, and to a model leveraging global capabilities and local expertise.
In this context, the Japan IT team is strengthening is enterprise architecture practice, leveraging LeanIX to support the processes and document each architecture artifact.
of position and missions
The integration & enterprise architecture intern is to work closely with the following stakeholders: local and Global integration experts, local & global IT teams.
His/her scope of intervention will cover from business needs gathering, design and/or document, build and/or test based on Azure integration platform. Meanwhile, support documenting our Enterprise Architecture artifacts in LeanIX.
His/her main mission will be to assist the Japan integration manager in both upcoming projects and support integration run together with local vendor.
The second mission is to help our team to complete our EA artifacts in LeanIX.
Qualifications
Good interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution, facilitation.
Good verbal and written communication skills (fluent English mandatory, Japanese JLPT N3: nice to have)
Self-starter: takes direction and self-motivated to work autonomously
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Willingness to develop projects and collaborate with stakeholders inside the organization
Knowledge on Azure is a plus

University or Graduate School student
Internship Visa (Designated Activities Visa); your university or Graduate School needs to prove that the internship represents a mandatory of your academic curriculum, and to guarantee that the intern can get the internship accredited.
