About This Opportunity

Join Ericsson as an Integration Engineer within the Hong Kong Radio Integration team (approx. 5–10 engineers). In this fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment, you will take end‑to‑end ownership of integrating and delivering LTE, 5G Non-Standalone (NSA) and Standalone (SA) networks, including VoNR rollouts and ongoing network upgrades. You will work closely with Core, Transport, and Customer Project teams to deliver high-performing, reliable networks while ensuring compliance with local and global corporate directives.

What You Will Do

Strategy & Scope: Define E2E integration and migration strategies per contract; support presales with technical analytics, cost/time estimations, and scoping.

Execution & Integration: Prepare, validate, and execute configuration scripts and test cases for first-time-right node/system upgrades and expansions.

Troubleshooting & Quality: Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose complex integration issues across RAN, Core, OSS, and transport layers, taking immediate corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement: Drive process and method changes through automation and innovation to continuously improve service delivery efficiency.

The Skills You Bring

Essential Experience:

Strong hands‑on experience in RAN/5G integration, including LTE and 5G NSA/SA deployments.

Solid understanding of 5G NSA/SA architecture, call flows (gNB, 5GC), and VoNR/voice service integration with KPI validation.

Proven independent troubleshooting skills across cross-domain networks (RAN, Core, OSS, Transport).

Desirable / Niches to Learn:

Proficiency with Ericsson tools (ENM, MOshell, OSS platforms).

Automation and scripting skills (Python, Shell).

Knowledge of 5G Advanced (5GA) features and AI/ML-based network solutions.
