About This Opportunity
We are looking for a Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in User Data Management (UDM). In this delivery-focused role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions. You will also be accountable for driving profitable business outcomes by translating customer needs and emerging technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
What You Will Do
• Lead the deployment and configuration of Communication Services products
• Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests
• Collaborate with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes
• Work with the team to investigate and resolve technical product delivery issues
• Maintain and update solution documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Provide structured feedback to R&D teams regarding potential portfolio enhancements
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information-sharing initiatives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and share insights to support customer competence development
The Skills You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Solid experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualisation
• UDM Portfolio Knowledge: HLR-FE, HSS-FE, CUDB, CCDM, EDA
• Knowledge of Cloud and NFVI technology is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound business understanding and ability to manage demand effectively
• Collaborative, innovative, and adaptable approach to work
• Strong planning, organisational, and results-driven mindset
• Additional programming skills are an advantage
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
