We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our growing team in Osijek, Croatia, working closely with global customers and internal experts. In this role, you will support the deployment and integration of advanced telecom solutions used in large-scale mobile networks by operators worldwide.

Role and Key Responsibilities
As an Integration Engineer, you will work as part of a project team responsible for integrating, validating and maintaining Enea’s telecom solutions in customer environments. The role involves both remote and onsite activities, supporting customers in mobile networks worldwide.

Key responsibilities include:

· Install, integrate, upgrade and verify Enea telecom solutions in customer environments.

· Support deployment activities within 4G and 5G mobile network infrastructures.

· Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues during implementation phases

· Provide maintenance and support services to customers including restoration of the system during emergency situations

· Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, project managers and customer technical teams.

· Perform system testing, validation and documentation of deployed solutions.

· Contribute to improving deployment procedures and operational processes.

· Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the integration team.

· Rotational 24/7 on-call duty is required for this position

For engineers demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills, there will be opportunities to develop further into a Solution Architect role

Qualifications, Key Skills and Competence

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· Experience working with Linux-based systems (preferably RedHat Linux)

· Knowledge of IP networking and protocols such as IP, TCP/UDP, Radius, Diameter, HTTP2, SOAP or NTP.

· Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash

· Strong communication skills in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.

· Willingness to travel internationally when required

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vCloud, vSphere or OpenStack

· Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker

· Experience configuring and debugging Linux-based telecom or networking software

· Understanding of mobile network architectures (4G/5G)

· Experience working in a global project environment
