Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct integration for complex systems as part of the development department.
- Member of the System Engineering team in development.
- The role involves travel to the Beit Shean site to support the NPI processes.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering - Mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience working with complex systems involving hardware, software, and firmware - mandatory.
- Experience with radar systems - an advantage.
- Experience with RF testing equipment - an advantage.
- Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction processes) - an advantage.
- Experience in defense companies - an advantage.
- Systematic approach and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Multitasking ability and creativity.
- Ability to work in a team and interface with matrix organizations, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- High-level English proficiency.
