You will join a geographically distributed team of skilled employees and consultants who design, develop, and operate integrations across Novonesis. We work closely together across time zones and functions—participating in major cross company initiatives while managing our own agile setup for day to day tasks. Our work ensures that critical data flows seamlessly between systems, enabling Novonesis to deliver on its purpose worldwide.
In this role, you will have global responsibilities and work on a mix of operational, tactical, and developmental tasks. Your key responsibilities include:
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving capability.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
Our team operates in multiple regions in a hybrid or fully remote setup, providing flexibility and autonomy in your workday.
Travel requirements are very limited.
