Ensure end‑to‑end accountability for timely and high‑quality delivery of assigned projects.
Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared project goals.
An experienced SOA / Integration professional with 5–7 years of hands‑on design and development experience using TIBCO.
Experienced in strategic end‑to‑end solution architecture within the telecom domain, with at least 2 years in complex E2E design roles.
Highly skilled in TIBCO EMS (7.x / 8.x), BW (5.x / 6.x), ActiveSpaces, Adapters / SDK, and APIGEE.
Proficient in application and internet gateways, core Java, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching techniques, encryption standards, microservices, and security.
Knowledgeable in defining Canonical Data Models (CDM) and TMF models.
Comfortable designing and delivering high‑complexity integration solutions.
Confident in driving technical discussions, articulating ideas clearly, and influencing diverse stakeholders.
A collaborative leader who mentors others, demonstrates ownership, and acts as a role model within the team.
Resilient and effective in high‑pressure, fast‑changing environments, with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
Qualified with a B.E / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science or IT, or an MSc / MCA in relevant disciplines.
Advanced integration architecture and design for complex telecom ecosystems.
Leadership skills in guiding technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Deepened expertise in enterprise‑scale TIBCO implementations and API‑led integration.
