As an Integration and Customization Engineer I, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement robust solutions tailored to unique business requirements. Your role will involve developing web applications, IVR,reports, customizing existing features, integrating APIs & Third party application / CRM to ensure seamless functionality.
Develop and customize applications using PHP, HTML, CSS and React.JS .
Manage API integrations using JSON, XML, and SOAP.
Ensure seamless deployments across cloud and on-premise environments.
Address and resolve customer tickets with a problem-solving mindset.
Ensure clear communication and empathy while providing timely support and deployment.
